Installation Manual

Hostinger Setup Step by Step

Launch Dispatch ERP on Hostinger in minutes. Use this clean setup guide for both a main domain and a subdomain deployment.

Option A: Single Domain

Example: yourdomain.com

  1. Sign in to Hostinger hPanel.
  2. Go to Websites -> Manage -> File Manager.
  3. Upload your frontend build to public_html.
  4. Upload the backend api folder with the same project structure.
  5. Create a MySQL database and user, then assign full privileges.
  6. Import your SQL file via phpMyAdmin.
  7. Update database credentials in your backend config.
  8. Set frontend API base path to https://yourdomain.com/api.
  9. Enable free SSL and force HTTPS in Hostinger.
  10. Open the website and verify login, dashboard, and API requests.

Option B: Subdomain

Example: app.yourdomain.com

  1. Create a subdomain from the Subdomains section.
  2. Open its root folder (for example domains/app.yourdomain.com/public_html).
  3. Upload frontend build files to the subdomain root.
  4. Upload your backend api folder to the same root.
  5. Create a separate MySQL database and import your SQL file.
  6. Update backend config with the new database credentials.
  7. Set frontend API base path to https://app.yourdomain.com/api.
  8. Enable SSL for the subdomain and force HTTPS.
  9. Test core flows: login, dashboard, MC search, invoices, and reports.

Production Checklist

  • Add proper SPA rewrite rules in .htaccess so all frontend routes work.
  • Confirm file permissions for writable folders such as uploads/logs.
  • After deployment, clear browser cache and Hostinger cache (if enabled).
